This is a full tour where you take part of the preparation and it usually lasts 1 hour and half.
It takes place in our factory or in our pergola garden with an amazing view of the Positano bay, where you will discover how we make limoncello and lemon marmalade. We will show you the
production step by step and you will follow us to prepare your own Limoncello and Lemon Marmalade, discovering the secrets of our mom’s recipes book.
At the end of the class we will leave you a Certificate of Excellence in Limoncello and Lemon Marmalade making. Join us!

This tour includes the reception of guests, and together with them, the preparation of the limoncello, consisting of: ‘peeling, infusion and preparation of the limoncello’. Once the limoncello is ready, the Spritz will be prepared with our guests (with our limoncello, lemon granita and prosecco).
This is all accompanied with tasting portions of:
- Lemon flavoured olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Spreadable pistachio cream with olive oil
